CASE STUDIES
Every result is measured in revenue, not vanity metrics. Here's what data-driven CRO looks like in practice.
Results from work with 7- and 8-figure Shopify brands.

Shopify
The problem: Strong product, but a site never built to convert — bloated copy, weak full-price conversion, slow load.
What we did: Rebuilt the site from scratch — cut copy into scannable, conversion-focused sections; surfaced the top buyer objections (ingredients, medical backing) high on every page; added scientific/medical credibility; built custom graphics for the target demographic; cut page weight and load time.

Page Load
The problem: Beautiful, heavily branded site stuck at ~0.43% conversion despite strong wholesale demand; couldn't break 0.6%.
What we did: Re-coded for speed (image/file compression, removed conversion-irrelevant branded content), shifted from desktop-first to mobile-first, fixed a mobile bug that blocked scrolling for a large share of visitors, simplified the journey and removed distracting popups, reframed messaging from branding-led to sales-led, and turned shipping cost into a value story on the product page and at checkout.

Checkout Completion

The problem: Funnel and landing pages weren't capturing demand; messaging didn't address core objections.
What we did: Rebuilt landing and product pages with sharper messaging and objection handling, and tightened the conversion funnel end to end.

The problem: Needed to rebuild owned-site revenue fast after losing a major sales channel; site wasn't optimized for conversion.
What we did: Established a CRO best-practice baseline, installed heatmaps, then iterated on real user behavior — built a familiar shopping experience for marketplace shoppers, added shop navigation with category funneling, optimized titles/descriptions around benefits, surfaced facility certifications for credibility, migrated to a faster theme, and refined checkout.
Conversion Rate
Monthly Sales

The problem: Conversion rate steadily dropping after a subscribe-&-save app change; design, copy, and graphics changes weren't moving it.
What we did: Diagnosed a hidden bug silently adding two items to cart on every add-to-cart — inflating checkout subtotals and confusing buyers, especially on mobile. Fixed it.
