Real CRO compounds over time. We commit to 6 months because that’s what it takes to research, test, learn, and build momentum. 30-day termination notice after the initial term.
If we don’t produce measurable improvement within 90 days, you can walk. No penalty, no hard feelings. We’re that confident in the process.
You’re paying for outputs — tests shipped, insights delivered, revenue moved. Hour caps exist as guardrails, not limits. Overages are billed at $175–$200/hr and always approved in advance.
We design, test, and validate winning variants inside the testing platform. Hardcoding winners into your theme is a separate scope — we can do it or your dev team can. Either way, it’s quoted separately.
A/B testing platforms (Shoplift, VWO, Convert) are client-covered. We recommend the right tool for your traffic level. Typically $200–$500/mo for most stores.
Every test design and deliverable includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are scoped and approved before work begins. No ambiguity.

We work best with Shopify stores doing $30K+/month in revenue with at least 10,000 monthly sessions. Below that threshold, there’s usually not enough traffic to run statistically significant A/B tests — but our Sniff & Fix tier uses Bayesian tools designed for lower-traffic stores.
CRO compounds. The first month is research and baseline measurement. Month 2–3 you’re running initial tests. Months 4–6 is where the real momentum builds — you’re iterating on what you’ve learned and stacking wins. Short engagements don’t produce compounding results.
After the initial 6-month term, engagements continue month-to-month with 30-day termination notice. We’ll review rates at renewal based on results delivered and scope changes.
We have a 90-Day Confidence Clause: if we don’t produce measurable improvement in your conversion metrics within the first 90 days, you can exit the engagement with no penalty. We’re that confident in the process.
Dev implementation (hardcoding winning variants into your theme), A/B testing tool costs, platform migrations, email/SMS marketing, SEO, and paid ad management. Dev work is available as a quoted add-on. Tool costs are a pass-through — typically $200–$500/month depending on your traffic.

First test typically goes live within 2–3 weeks of kickoff. Meaningful data starts accumulating by month 2–3. The biggest wins usually come in months 3–6 as we iterate on learnings from earlier tests.
Our Sniff & Fix tier is designed for lower-traffic stores. We use Bayesian testing tools like Shoplift that can reach conclusions with smaller sample sizes, combined with heuristic analysis and qualitative research to drive improvements without requiring massive traffic volumes.
